Steps to Backup Blu-ray to HP Envy Laptop in MP4

Step 1. Load Blu-ray movies

Download the best Blu-ray Converter, install and launch it on your PC. Then click the "File" > "Load From Disc" icon to load source Blu-ray files from your local computer to the program. You can also directly drag and drop the Blu-ray files to the app.
